Please include a copy of your invoice (or reference invoice number) and give a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Kennedy Technology Group, Incorporated (KTG) warrants to the original purchaser of this product that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of Ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase.

Warranty provisions: (1) This warranty applies only to a new product which has been sold through authorized channels of distribution. (2) Kennedy Technology Group (KTG) will repair or replace, at its option, any parts showing defects during the warranty period. (3) The purchaser voids this warranty if he or others not authorized by KTG attempt to repair or service the unit, if any parts not supplied by KTG are installed on the unit, or damage is the result of accident, misuse or modification.

THE FOREGOING IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR FAILURE IN SERVICE OR DEFECT; KTG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This warranty is in lieu of any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purchase which extends beyond the term hereof. KTG, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by failure or otherwise of the product.
